How initial enquiries are collected, protected and used.

Care Connect / China-IVF is an APAFP initiative for fertility information and care coordination. APAFP is a nonprofit association incorporated in CNMI; it is not a hospital. The registered office below is the association’s address, not a treatment location.
Optional name, age, marital status, whether previous treatment and reports exist, email and one social contact. Medical report and identity-document upload is not open.
To understand the enquiry, contact clients and prepare coordination. Registration data is not displayed publicly or sold as a contact list.
Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database in the EU jurisdiction managed through the project Cloudflare account. Access is restricted to authorized account administrators; no public endpoint provides access to enquiry records. HTTPS protects transmission. Do not use this form for medical or identity files.
Initial enquiries are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted from the active database. Any later contracted service requires its own agreed retention terms. Limited provider recovery backups may remain temporarily under the provider’s retention rules.
Identify the recipient, purpose and necessary scope and obtain the appropriate permission before transferring records to a hospital, clinician or future assessment tool.
You may ask to access, correct, delete your enquiry or stop follow-up through WhatsApp, quoting your reference. A proportionate identity check may be needed. Email info@china-ivf.com remains unverified; use WhatsApp until activation is confirmed.
Cloudflare processes basic delivery and security data. A short-lived salted network hash limits spam; it is not used for marketing. Enquiry contents are not sent to analytics and no advertising pixels are installed. External WhatsApp and hospital sites have their own privacy terms.
